Yoga Body offers a variety of yoga classes from Ashtanga to Iyengar, Hatha and Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga and classes for Mums and Babies . We cater for all ages and abilities from beginners to advanced, for those seeking mind body connection to those looking for the all encompassing workout.
Our philosophy is to use the breath to help connect you to your inner body and unleash your full potential through fluid movement.

Summer Classes
Ongoing Iyengar Yoga classes with Liz Ballantyne are held at Room4Health on Mondays: 5.50 - 6.50pm General Iyengar; 7 - 9pm Iyengar Levels 2 & 3. Please contact Liz directly on 0131 466 2124 or email: lizzie.ballantyne@googlemail.com.
